The management of "BAŞAK GROUP" Limited Liability Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") is responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements that fairly present the financial position of the Group as at 31 December 2024, as well as the consolidated financial results of its operations, cash flows, and changes in equity for the year then ended, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
